This is a place to find curated news from great Black Media sources. This includes YouTube channels, podcasts, news organizations and blogs.

This site is for anyone looking for news from reliable Black news sources, not "influencers".
How often is news published?
The roundup is published weekly, usually on Friday or Saturday afternoon.
How are stories selected?
We select from establish news sources and try to provide a mix of popular headlines and lesser-discussed topics that affect the Black community. We try to mix well-known names like Roland Martin and Don Lemon and lesser-known, but trusted sources like Capital B and MLK50.
Why AT Black Media
Legacy media is under attack by the current administration. Many news organizations go out of their way to appease this administration to protect their bottom line. I wanted to highlight independent Black news organizations that are still committed to journalistic integrity and covering news that is important to the Black community. There is a lot of misinformation shared on social media, so I wanted to provide a "safe space" for readers to fine reputable news sources.
